Product Description

The Ohlins 35020-31 is an EDC/DCC cancellation kit designed for Audi A4, S4, RS4, A5, S5, and RS5 models on the B9 platform equipped with the factory Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC) or Electronic Damping Control (EDC) semi-active suspension. When the OEM electronically adjustable dampers are replaced with a passive coilover system, the vehicle's DCC control module detects the missing damper signals and triggers fault codes and dashboard warning lights. The 35020-31 resolves this by plugging passive emulators directly into the factory suspension wiring harness at each corner, simulating the expected damper signals and suppressing all fault codes without any ECU coding or programming.

Installation is plug-and-play using OE-type weathertight connectors - no wiring modifications, cutting, or dealer reprogramming is required. All factory drive modes and vehicle functions remain fully operational after installation. This kit covers the full vehicle in one purchase. B8/B8.5 platform owners (2009-2016) should use the Ohlins 35020-19 instead, and B8 RS4/RS5 owners should use the Ohlins 35020-21.
