Product Description

The NRG SRK-100H is the original NRG short hub adapter - the foundational product that launched the entire NRG quick release steering wheel ecosystem. Designed for a wide range of Mitsubishi and Subaru platforms, this hub bolts directly to the factory steering shaft and provides a clean, solid interface point for any standard NRG quick release unit. Its defining feature is its minimal profile: engineered to be as short as physically possible while still passing horn and turn signal wiring through, keeping the quick release and aftermarket steering wheel positioned at or very near the factory steering wheel location for a natural, comfortable driving position.

Machined from a single piece of aircraft-grade 6061 aluminum and finished with a durable black anodize coating, the SRK-100H eliminates any flex or slop between the steering shaft and the quick release. The one-piece construction is a deliberate design choice - it outperforms multi-piece hub assemblies in both rigidity and long-term durability. The 6x70mm bolt pattern on the top face accepts all standard NRG quick release units (Gen 2.0, 2.5, and 2.8 series), making this hub the correct starting point for any full NRG steering wheel build on a compatible Mitsubishi or Subaru platform.

Before purchasing, verify that your specific vehicle and trim are within the supported fitment list. The SRK-100H does not fit the 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart, any Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution (EVO VII through EVO X), the 2008+ Subaru WRX or WRX STI, or any application requiring the NRG Thin Quick Release or Quick Tilt system. For those platforms, dedicated hub part numbers (SRK-101H, SRK-102H, SRK-105H) are available. Horn button is not included and must be purchased separately for use with a quick release system.
