Fitment Notes

• Audi RS6 fitment is specific to the 2003 model year (C5 platform, 4.2L biturbo V8) only - does not fit the later RS6 C6 or C7 generations.
• Porsche Cayenne fitment covers all V8 trims (Base 4.5L, S 4.5L, Turbo 4.5L, Turbo S 4.5L) for 2003-2006 - does not fit the 3.2L V6 Cayenne Base (use NGK 7563 for V6 variants).
• Cayenne Turbo S fitment confirmed for 2006 model year only.
• 8 plugs required per vehicle. Sold individually (1x per unit).

Product Description

The NGK 7963 (PFR7Q) is a Laser Platinum spark plug engineered as the OE or OE-equivalent replacement for the 2003 Audi RS6 biturbo V8 and the 2003-2006 Porsche Cayenne V8 in all trim levels. It directly replaces Audi/Porsche OEM part 101 000 063 AC with laser-welded dual platinum electrodes on both center and ground surfaces, delivering slow and even wear characteristics that are well-suited to the demanding thermal and boost conditions of these high-performance V8 engines.

Note the tighter pre-set gap of 0.031 in (0.8mm) and the lower 1,000-ohm resistor value - both calibrated for the European ignition systems in these applications, and different from standard Honda/Toyota NGK plugs. Always verify the gap before installation. For the 3.2L V6 Cayenne (Base trim, 2003-2006), use NGK 7563 (IZKR7B) instead. Sold individually; purchase 8 per vehicle.
