NGK 90749 is a Laser Iridium spark plug using the ILFR6M8S design, developed for demanding modern ignition applications. Its fine iridium center electrode and platinum-tipped ground electrode are designed to provide consistent spark formation, reliable combustion and long-term durability.

The plug features a 14.0 mm thread diameter, 26.5 mm thread reach, 16.0 mm hex and 0.8 mm factory gap. Its resistor construction helps control electrical interference, while the special sealing-ring design provides the required sealing arrangement for the specified applications.
