Product Description

The NGK 6994 (IZFR6K-11) is a Laser Iridium spark plug engineered as an OE or OE-equivalent replacement for a wide range of Honda and Acura vehicles, as well as select Chevrolet Aveo models. The fine wire 0.6mm iridium center electrode demands less voltage to produce a spark, delivering more consistent ignition, improved throttle response, and better fuel efficiency compared to standard platinum or copper plugs. The trapezoid-shaped platinum ground electrode works in tandem to slow wear and maintain a stable spark gap over the plug's service life.

Pre-gapped at 0.044 in from the factory, the NGK 6994 features a flat gasket seat, 14mm thread, and a 5/8 in hex for straightforward installation. Compatible with Honda K-series and J-series engines found in the Accord, Civic Si, CR-V, Element, and Acura TL, TSX, RL, RSX, MDX, and CSX platforms, this plug is the correct OEM-spec choice for both routine maintenance and performance tune-ups.
