Product Description

The Moroso 63486 is a universal weld-on radiator filler neck machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, designed for racing and high-performance street builds where a heavy-duty, custom-application filler neck is needed. It welds directly into a radiator, surge tank, or coolant pipe to create a durable fill point that stands up to repeated cap removal and installation far better than a stamped or plastic neck.

It accepts Moroso or standard-size radiator caps (sold separately) and includes a screw-in 1/8 in. NPT hose fitting so an expansion or overflow tank line can be plumbed in. The clean natural billet finish can be polished or left as-is for a race look, making it a versatile building block for custom cooling-system fabrication.
