Product Description

The Moroso 73761 is an Ultra 40 race spark plug wire set in black, built for Chevy Big Block 366-454 engines running an HEI-style distributor that does not have the coil in the cap. The Ultra 40 design uses a spiral-wound nickel/copper alloy conductor at 40 ohms per foot to deliver high spark energy while keeping electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference low - valuable on engines running modern ignition and electronics.

A Kevlar core gives the wire roughly four times the tensile strength of typical aramid-fiber cores, and the closely-woven, silicone-impregnated fiberglass jacket adds up to 8,000 volts of extra insulation while protecting against header heat, chafing, and contaminants. The 8.5mm black wires use multi-angle boots and are designed for over header / over valve cover routing, coming as a complete set ready to install.
