The MOOG DS800981A is a complete, pre-assembled front steering and tie rod end assembly for 2009-2013 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks equipped with 4WD. This assembly fits 4WD configurations only - 2WD Ram trucks are not compatible. The kit replaces the factory Y-style steering linkage with a T-style geometry that ties both front wheels together through a shared center link, eliminating the independent toe variation that is a primary contributor to the steering wander and death wobble experienced on these platforms, particularly under the weight and torque of diesel engines and heavy towing loads.

Rather than sourcing, cross-referencing, and assembling six individual steering components, the DS800981A ships as a single pre-assembled unit ready for installation. All joints feature MOOG's Problem Solver Gusher Bearing and greaseable sockets for long-term serviceability.
