The MOOG DS300008 is the front passenger side (right) outer tie rod end for 4WD-equipped 2005-2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks, and 2005-2019 Ford F-450 and F-550 Super Duty models. On these solid front axle platforms, this outer tie rod end runs from the drag link (DS300041) to the passenger-side steering arm, serving as the final link that translates steering input into right-wheel movement. When it wears or develops play, symptoms include loose or wandering steering, a clunking sensation during turns or over rough terrain, and accelerated tire wear on the front passenger side - all exacerbated by the sustained loads common to towing, hauling, and off-road use on these heavy-duty trucks.
