Vehicle Fitment

• Universal - no vehicle-specific fitment. Designed for custom street, track, drift, and motorsport applications requiring supplemental engine oil, transmission fluid, or power steering fluid cooling.
• Custom line routing, AN fittings, and fabricated mounting brackets are required - this cooler is not a drop-in replacement for any OEM oil cooler.

Fitment Notes

• Single-pass crossflow design - oil enters from one side of the cooler and exits from the opposite side. Line routing must account for inlet and outlet on opposite ends.
• For same-side inlet and outlet routing, the MMOC-SSO-17BK (Black) or MMOC-SSO-17SL (Silver) heavy-duty variant is available.
• For a dual-pass layout where both ports exit on the same side of the cooler, the MMOC-DP-LBK is available.
• Ports are -10 AN male threaded - requires -10 AN female fittings for line connections (not included).
• No Mishimoto logo on the black (BK) finish - the Mishimoto "M" logo appears on one side of the silver (SL) variant only.
• It is the installer's responsibility to verify all line fittings and connections are fully tightened before operating the vehicle.

The Mishimoto MMOC-SP-LBK is a universal large-format single-pass bar-and-plate oil cooler built for custom performance builds requiring supplemental engine oil, transmission fluid, or power steering fluid temperature reduction. The single-pass crossflow layout routes fluid straight through the 18.50" x 5.51" x 1.57" core from inlet to outlet - a straightforward, pressure-efficient path that keeps flow resistance low while still delivering meaningful heat transfer across the full core face. The bar-and-plate construction is the key structural advantage for motorsport and track applications: bar-and-plate cores hold their geometry and flow integrity under the vibration, pressure spikes, and thermal cycling that can deform or damage lesser tube-and-fin designs over time.

CNC-machined aluminum end tanks are TIG-welded to the core for a connection that won't separate under sustained racing conditions. The -10 AN male threaded inlet and outlet accept standard AN oil line fittings for a secure, leak-proof connection on either end of the cooler. At 0.80 quarts of fluid capacity, the large core provides meaningful supplemental thermal mass - enough to absorb and dissipate heat before the oil re-enters the engine without the excessive volume that can slow oil warm-up in cold-start conditions. The stealth black powder coat finish is clean and discrete under the hood, and unlike the silver variant, the black version carries no Mishimoto logo for a completely anonymous appearance.

AN fittings, oil lines, and mounting hardware are not included and must be sourced separately. For builders who need both ports on the same side of the cooler, the MMOC-DP-LBK (dual-pass) or the newer MMOC-SSO-17BK (heavy-duty same-side outlet) are available alternatives.
