Product Description

The Mishimoto MMRT-A2W-25N is a 2.5-gallon air-to-water intercooler ice tank constructed from fully TIG-welded aluminum with a natural finish. Designed to supplement air-to-water intercooler systems, this tank holds up to 2.5 gallons of liquid or 8 pounds of ice, drastically reducing intake air temperatures and combating heat-soak during repeated hard pulls at the drag strip, drift events, or spirited street driving. The large flip-open lid with a locking mechanism makes filling with ice or water quick and easy, while the integral mounting flanges allow secure installation in virtually any location.

The tank features -12 ORB inlet and outlet ports for leak-free connections, a 3/8" NPT drain plug for easy emptying, and a 1/2" NPT port with an included electrical bulkhead for routing wiring to an internally mounted bilge pump. Internal mounts accept a Rule 2000 or Rule 3700 bilge pump for self-contained circulation, or the 1/2" NPT plug is included for use with an external pump instead. Pair with Mishimoto's universal air-to-water single pass or dual pass intercoolers and -12 ORB fittings (sold separately) to build a complete air-to-water system.
