Unlike traditional air-to-air intercoolers, this air-to-water design uses a coolant circuit to more efficiently reduce intake air temperatures, helping reduce detonation risk and maintain consistent power delivery under heavy load. Its dual-pass configuration enhances heat-exchange efficiency, and the same-side inlet/outlet layout simplifies installation in tight engine bays or custom intercooler piping setups.

Built with a robust bar-and-plate core, cast-aluminum end tanks, and professional TIG welds, this intercooler is rated to withstand up to 100 psi of boost pressure and features CNC-machined ribbed inlet/outlet coupler connections for secure, leak-resistant hose joints. The micro-wrinkle black powder-coat finish protects against corrosion while the included universal mounting bracket and -12 ORB coolant ports make routing coolant lines flexible for most custom systems.
