The Mishimoto MMHOSE-EVO-10BK is a direct OEM-fit silicone radiator hose kit engineered for the 2008-2015 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X and the Lancer Ralliart variants sharing the CZ4A platform and 4B11T 2.0L turbocharged engine. The kit includes all 4 primary radiator hoses formed to match the factory coolant routing geometry, providing a complete silicone upgrade to the entire radiator circuit in a single purchase. Each hose is constructed from a dual layer of high-grade silicone and heat-resistant embedded fibers, rated to 330°F and designed to permanently outlast the OEM rubber hoses that are prone to degradation over time through heat cycling, coolant chemical exposure, and general age-related hardening and cracking.

A specific concern on aging rubber radiator hoses - particularly relevant on an Evo X that has now been in production since 2008 - is inner liner delamination, where the internal fiber reinforcement breaks apart and introduces rubber debris into the cooling system.
