Product Description

The Mishimoto MMDCC-3540BK is a straight transition DuraCore™ silicone intercooler boot designed for custom charge pipe and intercooler builds that require a clean in-line step-up from a 3.5" pipe to a 4.0" pipe without changing direction. This makes it the ideal connector for linking different-diameter components in a direct line - such as a turbo outlet to a larger intercooler inlet, or between sections of a custom fabricated charge pipe kit where flow expands.

Built from five layers of silicone reinforced with heat-resistant embedded fibers and lined internally with DuraCore™ synthetic material, this boot resists heat, pressure, fuel, and oil better than standard silicone alone. Reinforcing rings at each clamping zone eliminate blowout risk under sustained boost. Clamps are sold separately - T-bolt clamps are recommended for high-boost builds.
