The Mishimoto MMRAD-E36-92X is a direct-fit X-Line performance aluminum radiator engineered for all 6-cylinder BMW E30 (1988-1991) and E36 (1992-1999) models, including the 323i/323iS, 325i/325iC/325iS, 328i/328iC/328iS, and E36 M3. BMW's OEM radiators use plastic end tanks that are notoriously brittle and prone to cracking with age - a single coolant leak can cause overheating, accelerated engine wear, or head gasket failure. Mishimoto's X-Line addresses this with a fully brazed aluminum 2-row core paired with precision TIG-welded aircraft-quality aluminum end tanks, delivering a 20% efficiency improvement over stock and coolant temperature reductions of up to 30°F with a 91% increase in coolant capacity.

The MMRAD-E36-92X is compatible with both manual and automatic transmissions, featuring threaded rivet provisions for the factory external automatic transmission cooler.
