This Mishimoto intercooler and pipe kit is a complete, direct-fit cooling system upgrade for the 2024+ Ford Mustang EcoBoost's turbocharged 2.3L four-cylinder. Ford's factory intercooler is a compact tube-and-fin unit that works fine for casual driving but shows its limits under sustained load. Mishimoto's replacement uses the largest bar-and-plate core that fits the stock location - a 60% increase in volume - paired with oversized 63mm inlets/outlets and high-flow hot- and cold-side piping to deliver up to 12 hp and 11 ft-lbs of torque with no tune required.

Cast pipe sections, an ID-matched cold-side transition coupler, and DuraCore silicone couplers keep airflow smooth and sealed under boost, while a pre-drilled NPT port makes it easy to add a sensor or gauge later. Four rubber sandwich mounts and foam sealing strips keep the whole system rattle-free and quiet.
