Product Description

The Mishimoto MMINT-Z-23 is a complete air-to-water intercooler kit engineered specifically for the 2023+ Nissan Z (RZ34, VR30DDTT). The Z's twin-turbo 3.0L V6 produces an impressive 400 HP and 350 lb-ft from the factory, but the stock air-to-water intercoolers were not designed to keep up with the thermal demands of modified builds or sustained high-performance use. Mishimoto's engineering team drew on their prior development work with the VR30DDTT in the Infiniti Q50 and Q60 to build a purpose-engineered solution for the RZ34 platform. Each of the two replacement intercoolers features 49.8% more core volume than stock, a bar-and-plate design for superior heat transfer, and cast aluminum end tanks that eliminate the weld stress concentrations of fabricated units.

The result is charge air temperatures up to 23°F cooler than stock and power gains of up to 8 HP and 12 lb-ft torque - all achievable on the stock tune. The system is also 51% less restrictive than the factory intercoolers while maintaining boost pressure loss within 1 PSI of stock. The complete kit includes all coolant hoses, a coolant Y-pipe, DuraCore couplers, mounting brackets, and 20 worm gear clamps - everything required for a direct installation with no cutting or modifications.
