• Fits all 2013-2018 Ford Focus ST models equipped with the 2.0L EcoBoost turbocharged engine.
• This listing is for the hot-side intercooler pipe only (MMICP-FOST-13HWBK) - routes charge air from the turbocharger outlet to the intercooler inlet. The cold-side pipe (turbo outlet to throttle body) is not included.

Product Description

The Mishimoto MMICP-FOST-13HWBK is a direct-fit mandrel-bent aluminum hot-side intercooler pipe engineered for the 2013-2018 Ford Focus ST. The stock hot-side charge pipe on the Focus ST's 2.0L EcoBoost is burdened with excessive bends, a restrictive inner diameter, and a built-in turbo muffler - all of which combine to slow charge air movement and introduce turbulence between the turbocharger outlet and the intercooler inlet. Under aggressive driving conditions or on tuned builds where the turbo is producing more flow, this restriction becomes a meaningful performance limitation. The MMICP-FOST-13HWBK eliminates all three deficiencies in a single direct-fit pipe.

The mandrel-bent aluminum pipe straightens the charge air path with fewer bends than the OEM routing and increases the inner diameter to 2.5" - delivering 14% greater internal volume and 26% greater flow compared to the stock pipe. The OEM turbo muffler is eliminated entirely from the design, removing a turbulence-generating restriction point and sharpening the turbocharger sound character under boost. The two stock rubber coupler connections are replaced with 5-layer wire-reinforced silicone couplers embedded with heat-resistant fibers - providing substantially better boost retention, heat resistance, and long-term durability compared to the factory rubber. Four included high-torque worm gear clamps secure every connection.

When paired with the Mishimoto intercooler (MMINT-FOST-13) and cold-side pipe, the full system delivers 8 horsepower and 10 lb-ft of torque on the stock tune. This hot-side pipe is also compatible with the stock intercooler for owners upgrading one component at a time. Also available in polished aluminum (MMICP-FOST-13HWP).
