The Mishimoto MMICP-F2D-08CBK Cold-Side Intercooler Pipe & Boot Kit is a premium direct-fit performance upgrade designed for 2008-2010 Ford Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.4L Powerstroke diesel engine. Factory cold-side intercooler piping on these models uses plastic components and restrictive bends that can limit airflow and are prone to failure under high temperatures and boost pressure. This kit replaces that with a mandrel-bent polished aluminum pipe and high-quality DuraCore™ silicone boots that resist heat, pressure, fuel, and oil, enhancing durability and airflow for improved performance and charge-air cooling.

Installation requires minimal trimming of the upper radiator support in some applications, but the direct-fit design maintains OE-like alignment and functionality.
