Product Description

The Mishimoto MMINT-SRT4-03BK is a direct-fit front-mount intercooler engineered specifically for the 2003-2005 Dodge Neon SRT-4. The factory tube-and-fin intercooler on the SRT-4 is a known performance limitation - it runs out of cooling capacity quickly under sustained boost or elevated ambient temperatures, resulting in heat soak that reduces power and increases knock risk. Mishimoto's bar-and-plate replacement core addresses this with greater thermal mass, more than 15% lower intake air temperatures, and 40% less pressure drop than the stock cooler - preserving more of the turbocharger's boost pressure all the way to the intake manifold.

Despite the significantly larger 3.5 in. thick bar-and-plate core, this intercooler is engineered to fit within the factory FMIC location and retain the OEM bumper crash bar - no cutting, trimming, or structural modification required.
