Product Description

The Mishimoto MMTP-DMAX-01 transmission pan is a bolt-on upgrade for 2001-2019 Chevy and GMC trucks and vans equipped with the 6.6 L Duramax engine (LB7 through L5P) and Allison A1000 or A2000 transmissions. It replaces the corrosive and weak OEM stamped steel pan with strong cast-aluminum construction, offering superior cooling, durability, and extra fluid capacity.

With an added 6.1 quarts of fluid capacity, internal fluid-slosh baffles, and a magnetic drain plug, this pan helps reduce transmission temperatures and metal wear. The dovetail O-ring groove eliminates the need for messy gaskets. Pre-threaded bolt retainers make installation easier, and the optional temperature sensor port allows monitoring of transmission fluid temperature. Finished in gunmetal gray powder-coat for durability and aesthetics.

Fitment is confirmed through 2019 for GM 6.6 L Duramax LB7, LLY, LBZ, LMM, LML, and L5P engines with Allison transmissions. Not compatible with non-Allison setups or model years beyond 2019.
