Fitment Notes

• Fits the Subaru Impreza WRX (non-STI) with the EJ20 / EJ205 engine only. Does NOT fit the WRX STI - the STI uses the EJ207 engine with different ancillary hose routing and is not compatible with this kit.
• The 2001 model year WRX was sold in Japan and Australia; US market WRX sales began with the 2002 model year. All listed model years share the same EJ20 ancillary hose circuit.
• This is an ancillary hose kit - it replaces coolant reservoir, turbo coolant feed/return, and crankcase/PCV breather hoses. It does not include the upper and lower radiator hoses (see MMHOSE-WRX-01BL for the radiator hose kit) or the intercooler hoses (see MMHOSE-SUB-INTBL for the intercooler hose kit).
• Hose clamps are not included - OEM clamps or aftermarket replacements must be sourced separately.
• This is the blue colorway. Sister SKUs are available in black (MMHOSE-SUB-ANCBK) and red (MMHOSE-SUB-ANCRD).

The Mishimoto MMHOSE-SUB-ANCBL is a direct OEM-fit silicone ancillary hose kit developed for the 2001-2005 Subaru Impreza WRX with the EJ20 / EJ205 2.0L turbocharged flat-four engine. The kit targets the ancillary hose circuits - specifically the coolant reservoir lines, turbo coolant feed and return hoses, and the crankcase/PCV breather hoses - that are distinct from the main radiator and intercooler circuits and are often overlooked during cooling system upgrades. These hoses operate in some of the harshest conditions in the EJ20 engine bay: the turbo coolant lines are exposed to sustained high temperatures from the turbocharger housing, while the PCV and crankcase breather hoses are continuously bathed in oil mist and blow-by vapors that accelerate rubber degradation. On a WRX that is now over 20 years old, original rubber hoses in these positions are prime candidates for failure.

All 9 hoses in the kit are constructed from a dual layer of high-grade silicone with heat-resistant embedded fibers, rated to 330°F. This kit is specifically engineered for the WRX with the EJ20 engine and is not compatible with the WRX STI, which uses the higher-output EJ207 engine with different ancillary hose routing. Hose clamps are not included; existing OEM spring clamps or worm gear clamps should be reused or replaced with suitable aftermarket equivalents at the time of installation.
