Fitment Notes

  • 106.25mm centerbore is hub-centric for Toyota Tacoma, 4Runner, FJ Cruiser, and pre-2022 Sequoia applications (factory hub bore is approximately 106.1mm); no hubcentric rings required for these Toyota applications
  • 106.25mm centerbore is larger than the factory hub bore on Chevrolet/GMC (108mm factory - note this is slightly larger than centerbore, requiring rings), Cadillac Escalade, Nissan, Ford Bronco, and Ford Ranger applications - hubcentric rings are recommended for all non-Toyota applications to prevent vibration; confirm correct ring size before installation
  • 2019+ Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 switched to a 6x139.7 bolt pattern with a different hub bore - confirm compatibility with your specific year and trim before ordering
  • 0mm offset / 4.75" backspacing is the standard neutral fitment for this platform - positions the wheel face at center, providing a moderately outboard stance relative to stock on most Toyota, Chevy/GMC, and Nissan applications; confirm fender and suspension clearance for your specific trim and lift setup before ordering
  • Toyota Tacoma, 4Runner, Tundra, and most listed Toyota vehicles require aftermarket conical-seat lug nuts - factory flat-seat lug nuts are NOT compatible with this wheel; lug nuts are not included
  • Ford Bronco and Ranger use M14x1.5 thread pitch lug nuts; confirm seat type before purchasing separately
  • Chevy/GMC and Nissan applications require M14x1.5 lug nuts; confirm seat type before purchasing separately
  • TPMS sensors are not included - purchase separately if required
  • Sold individually - one (1) wheel per listing

Features

  • 6-windowed concave deep-set split-spoke design with debossed METHOD logos - modeled after Method's 106 Beadlock race wheel, the MR312 brings genuine race-wheel visual depth to a fully DOT-compliant street wheel, with a concave face profile and shadow depth that flat-faced designs cannot replicate
  • Street-Loc V.3 simulated beadlock ring - Method's most aggressive street beadlock simulation, with a wider and deeper undercut than the V.1 ring found on the NV, Grid, and Mesh; the V.3 ring more closely mimics the profile of a true beadlock outer ring and provides additional lip protection against rock and trail damage
  • Method Bronze® barrel finish - Method's proprietary warm, earthy bronze powder coat creates a distinctive two-tone contrast against the matte black Street-Loc V.3 ring; the tone shifts from deep brown-amber in shade to a warmer, more saturated amber in direct sunlight, producing a finish that is more context-sensitive and visually dynamic than any single-tone color option
  • Matte black Street-Loc V.3 ring paired with black stainless steel lip bolts grounds the outer profile in dark tone, creating strong visual separation between the warm bronze barrel and the tire sidewall - the pairing is particularly well-suited to the natural, earth-tone aesthetic common in Toyota Tacoma, 4Runner, and Tundra builds
  • Replaceable black stainless steel lip bolts can be swapped with optional colored bolt kits sold separately - gold or copper accent bolts extend the warm-tone theme of the bronze finish naturally
  • Bolt-on billet center cap with embossed METHOD logo provides secure, positive-retention fitment appropriate for trail use and rock crawling on all listed platforms
  • 3,640 lb. load rating for this 6-lug 6x139.7 configuration - the full heavy rating for the MR312 in 6-lug form, supporting Silverado 1500, Sierra 1500, Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon, Escalade, Tacoma, and other listed truck and SUV payloads
  • 26 lb. wheel weight - among the lightest in Method's 17x8.5 6-lug street series lineup, reducing unsprung weight for improved ride quality and handling on all listed applications
  • Solid one-piece cast A356 aluminum construction with T6 heat treatment provides reliable structural performance for daily driving, trail use, and off-road applications across all listed vehicles
  • DOT street-legal - suitable for all on-road, daily-driven, and mixed-use applications on all listed vehicles
  • Covered by Method Race Wheels' Lifetime Structural Warranty

Product Description

The Method 312 in Method Bronze® / Matte Black Lip (P/N MR31278560900) applies the MR312's race-derived concave design and Street-Loc V.3 beadlock ring to the 6x139.7 (6x5.5) platform - covering one of the widest vehicle fitment ranges in the aftermarket, from the Toyota Tacoma, 4Runner, and new Tundra and LC250, to the Ford Bronco and Ranger, Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, Nissan Titan and Frontier, and the full Chevy/GMC SUV lineup. In the 17x8.5 / 6x139.7 / 0mm configuration at 4.75-inch backspacing, this wheel delivers a neutral stance that works across the full range of stock, leveled, and mildly lifted builds on all listed platforms. At 26 lbs, it is one of the lightest 17x8.5 6-lug options in Method's lineup, and with a 3,640 lb. load rating in this 6-lug configuration, it comfortably handles the payload requirements of all listed trucks and SUVs.

The Method Bronze® / Matte Black Lip combination is the signature color configuration that has defined the MR312's visual identity since its 2018 introduction. The warm amber-brown bronze barrel paired with the deep-profile V.3 ring in matte black creates a two-tone interplay that shifts with lighting conditions - muted and earthy in shade, more vivid and rich under direct sunlight. On earth-tone Tacoma and 4Runner builds - Quicksand, Army Green, Lunar Rock, Heritage Blue - the bronze finish reads as a natural extension of the build's palette. On silver, white, and black trucks across all listed platforms, the bronze provides a warm, distinctive accent that differentiates the build from the all-black and silver-finish majority of the aftermarket. The 106.25mm centerbore provides a hub-centric fit on Toyota Tacoma, 4Runner, and FJ Cruiser applications, making it especially clean to install on these platforms without hubcentric rings.

Note that hubcentric rings are recommended for non-Toyota applications on this wheel, as the 106.25mm centerbore is larger than the factory hub bore on Chevy/GMC, Nissan, and Ford Bronco/Ranger platforms. Toyota factory flat-seat lug nuts are not compatible with this wheel; conical-seat lug nuts are required. Lug nut thread pitch varies by application - confirm the correct specification before purchasing separately. Lug nuts are not included. Covered by Method Race Wheels' Lifetime Structural Warranty.
