The -12mm offset and 4.5-inch backspacing push the wheel face significantly further outboard than the neutral +18mm variant, creating the wide-track appearance that defines the most aggressive lifted HD truck builds. A minimum lift of 4-6 inches is strongly recommended on all listed applications to ensure adequate tire and fender clearance when paired with 35"-40" tires.
