Product Description

The McLeod 75253 Super Street Pro is a complete clutch kit engineered for 2011-2017 Ford Mustang GT and 2012-2013 Boss 302 models equipped with the 5.0L Coyote V8 and manual MT82 transmission. Rated to 550 HP and 550 ft-lbs of torque, the Super Street Pro is McLeod's most popular street/strip clutch -- designed for Mustangs with moderate bolt-on modifications including intake, exhaust, cam, and tune. The dual-faced organic and ceramic disc delivers the smooth engagement feel of a daily driver while providing the holding capacity to handle track use and aggressive street driving.

The high clamp load diaphragm pressure plate provides significantly more clamping force than the OEM unit for improved torque capacity, while the sprung hub disc reduces driveline shock and chatter. This kit is SFI-approved. An aftermarket flywheel is required for installation -- the OEM flywheel uses a 9-bolt pressure plate pattern that is not compatible. Flywheel, throwout bearing, and hardware are not included. Allow a 500-mile city-driving break-in period with no aggressive launches or speed shifting before full use.
