Product Description

The McLeod 6912-07MD RST HD Twin Disc Clutch Kit is designed for high-performance GM LS and Ford Modular applications requiring greater clutch capacity while maintaining street-friendly engagement. The twin-disc assembly uses a hybrid friction design combining full-face organic material with segmented ceramic material, providing a balance of smooth operation and strong torque-holding capability.

This version is supplied without a flywheel and is designed to bolt to a compatible existing flywheel. GM LS applications require an LS1/LS6 flat-style flywheel and are not compatible with LS2, LS3 or LS7 recessed flywheels. Ford Mustang applications require an aftermarket manual transmission with the specified 1-1/8-inch x 26-spline input.

With a 950 HP rating, the RST HD is suited to modified street cars, track builds and other high-output applications. Before installation, verify the engine, flywheel style, crank relief, transmission spline and clutch-actuation configuration. The flywheel, throwout bearing and pilot bushing are not included.
