The McLeod 6344907 is an RST Street Twin disc clutch kit with a billet aluminum flywheel for the 2009-2010 and 2012-2023 Dodge Challenger equipped with the Tremec TR-6060 6-speed manual transmission and 5.7L or 6.4L Hemi V8. Rated to 800 HP, this economically priced twin disc clutch delivers high-horsepower holding capacity while maintaining smooth, street-friendly engagement through its organic disc facing. The twin disc design distributes clamping force across two friction surfaces, allowing significantly more power capacity without requiring excessive pedal pressure. Pedal effort is lighter than stock, and the organic material provides progressive, predictable engagement ideal for daily driving and spirited street use. The included billet aluminum flywheel features a 130-tooth ring gear and 8-bolt crankshaft flange, providing significant weight savings over a steel flywheel for quicker engine response and faster revs. A CNC-machined and anodized adapter ring ensures precise alignment, and the Blanchard ground floater plate with multiple straps reduces noise for improved streetability. This kit fits the Challenger R/T, R/T Scat Pack, and SRT 392 with the 6-speed manual -- it does not fit Hellcat supercharged 6.2L models or automatic transmission vehicles. Note that the throwout bearing and pilot bearing are not included and must be sourced separately. This clutch is designed exclusively for street use -- for competition applications, McLeod offers the RXT (1000 HP, part 6344907M) and RXT 1200 (1200 HP, part 6344907HD) with ceramic disc facing.
