Product Description

The MBRP S6242409 is a 4" DPF-back exhaust system from the Armor Plus series, designed for 2008-2010 Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.4L Power Stroke diesel engine. This system replaces the factory exhaust from the diesel particulate filter back with larger 4" mandrel-bent T409 stainless steel tubing, delivering up to 18 additional horsepower and 28 ft-lb of torque while reducing exhaust gas temperatures by up to 200°F. The muffler delete design maximizes exhaust flow, while the Tour Profile sound tuning provides a refined performance exhaust note without excessive volume. A louvered tailpipe section reduces tailpipe temperatures for added safety. The included mirror-polished T304 stainless steel tip features a single wall, rolled angle cut design with a 5" outlet for a clean, finished appearance. Installation is a straightforward bolt-on process using factory OEM hangers with all necessary clamps and hardware included -- no welding or cutting required.
