Product Description

The MBRP S5514BLK is an Armor BLK "Muffler Relocate" cat-back exhaust system built exclusively for the 2007-2011 Jeep Wrangler JK and Unlimited JK equipped with the 3.8L V6 engine. Where a conventional cat-back system places the muffler at the rear of the vehicle - directly in the line of fire for rocks, obstacles, and terrain - MBRP's muffler-before-axle design moves the muffler forward of the rear axle entirely. The exhaust then exits over the axle on the driver's side, positioning the system high and out of the way for the kind of ground clearance that serious trail use demands. After extensive dyno testing with various muffler configurations, MBRP engineered this placement to simultaneously maximize ground clearance and deliver optimal horsepower and torque gains.

The chambered high-flow muffler produces a moderately aggressive exhaust note that adds character and trail presence without being intrusive in daily driving situations.
