Product Description

The MBRP S7219409 is an Armor Plus 3-inch X-pipe resonator bypass for the 2020-2022 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 with the 5.2L supercharged flat-plane V8. This is a mid-pipe replacement only -- not a cat-back system -- designed to replace the factory resonator section with a free-flowing X-pipe crossover. The X-pipe geometry balances exhaust pulses between the two cylinder banks for improved scavenging efficiency and a sharper, more aggressive exhaust tone compared to the factory H-pipe or resonated configuration. Combined with any cat-back system, the S7219409 unlocks the full Race Profile sound potential of the GT500's flat-plane crank V8.

Constructed from T409 stainless steel with mandrel-bent tubing and direct bolt-on fitment to factory hangers -- no cutting or welding required.
