Product Description

The MBRP S5141409 is an Armor Plus high-flow muffler replacement for the 2009-2023 Dodge/RAM 1500 and RAM 1500 Classic equipped with the 5.7L HEMI V8 and factory dual exhaust. This Street Profile system replaces the restrictive factory rear-exit dual muffler with MBRP's chambered high-flow design, delivering a rich, aggressive exhaust tone under throttle without unwanted drone on the highway. The 3" single inlet feeds into 2.25" dual outlets for improved exhaust flow that boosts horsepower, torque, and fuel efficiency over the stock muffler.

Built from rugged 16-gauge T409 stainless steel with mandrel-bent tubing, the S5141409 is engineered to withstand harsh conditions including salt, rocks, tar, and corrosive exhaust gases. No cutting is required -- the system bolts directly to existing factory hanger locations for a straightforward installation. Fits 2009-2010 Dodge RAM 1500, 2011-2018 RAM 1500, and 2019-2023 RAM 1500 Classic (continuation of the DS/DT classic body) with factory dual exhaust.
