Product Description

The MBRP AT-8511P is a Performance Series slip-on exhaust for the 2009-2016 Polaris Sportsman 850 and 2016 Sportsman 1000 XP EPS. As MBRP's highest-flowing ATV muffler grade, the Performance Series uses a 4.25" packed muffler body to maximize exhaust flow and deliver a deep, aggressive exhaust note over the factory system -- without requiring any carburetor rejet or ECU tune. The slip-on design attaches to the factory mid-pipe using the included spring mount, making installation straightforward with common hand tools.

The muffler is constructed from black-coated aluminized steel and weighs 8.3 lbs. A USFS-approved spark arrestor is included, making this system legal for use on National Forest land and other spark arrestor-required areas. Note that this system does not fit the Sportsman 850 Touring, which is a 2-up model with different exhaust routing. Backed by MBRP's 1-year warranty on the black coating and 3-year warranty on exhaust components. Made in Canada.
