Product Description

The MaxTrac 703030A is a pair of 4-inch front lift spindles built specifically for 1998-2000 Ford Ranger trucks with 2WD coil spring suspension. Cast from ductile iron and e-coated black for corrosion resistance, these spindles are a true bolt-on replacement for the stock steering knuckle, engineered to exceed OEM specifications while maintaining correct suspension geometry.

Beyond the 4-inch lift, the spindles also widen the front track by about half an inch, which helps improve stance and stability along with clearing room for larger wheels and tires. Because they work with your factory shocks and coil springs, installation stays straightforward without requiring a full suspension overhaul, and alignment settings remain within normal spec after the swap.

This is a solid option for Ranger owners who want a noticeable lift and a wider stance without the cost or complexity of a coilover or long-arm lift kit. It's not intended for Rangers equipped with an electronic stability control system, so it's worth confirming your truck's equipment level before ordering. The spindles are backed by MaxTrac's limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
