The MaxTrac 413710 is a pair of 1-inch rear lowering shackles designed to correct the factory rear-high rake common on leaf-spring trucks, giving F-150, Super Duty, Silverado HD, and Sierra HD owners a cleaner, more level stance without a full suspension drop kit. By replacing the OEM rear leaf spring shackles with longer-bodied steel units, the rear of the truck drops 1 inch - effectively eliminating the "stink bug" look that comes from the factory. Solid steel construction and a gunmetal powder coat finish ensure these shackles can handle the day-to-day demands of a working truck while resisting rust and corrosion.
