Product Description

The MaxTrac 813150 5" Rear Lift Blocks are a simple, cost-effective way to add serious rear lift to your 2004-2025 Ford F-150, whether you're matching an aggressive front lift kit or eliminating factory rake to achieve a more level, aggressive stance. Fabricated from heavy-duty steel and finished in MaxTrac's signature grey powder coat, these blocks feature a built-in pinion angle taper and integrated bump stop striker plate - addressing both driveline geometry and axle protection concerns that come with a 5" rear lift.

Designed for both 2WD and 4WD F-150 owners running larger tires or serious off-road builds, installation is a direct bolt-on swap that replaces the factory rear lift blocks. Extended U-bolts (sold separately) are required to accommodate the added block height. Note that these blocks do not fit the coil-sprung Raptor or Lightning EV platforms.
