Product Description

The MaxTrac 1800SL-6 front shock absorber is engineered for lifted 2WD Dodge Ram trucks with a 2-3" front lift using coil or leveling kits. Its gas-charged twin-tube design provides enhanced damping and improved ride control compared to factory shocks under lifted conditions, helping reduce harsh rebounds and maintain tire contact during highway and light off-road driving. This shock features a rugged steel body with a protective finish, stem-to-loop mounting, and durable internal valving - making it a reliable direct replacement for lifted suspension assemblies.
