Fitment Notes

• DOHC 4-valve per cylinder (4V) Coyote heads ONLY - does NOT fit the 2-valve (2V) Ford Modular or other engine families
• Gen I / Gen II Coyote (2011-2017) - does NOT fit Gen III Coyote (2018+); for Gen III, use Manley 12629-8
• Triple groove valve locks - must use OEM factory triple groove locks (not Manley Bead Loc single groove); for Bead Loc compatibility, see 11623B-8
• Stock 31mm head diameter - standard OEM exhaust valve size; for +1mm oversize, see 11627-8 (32mm)
• Sold as a set of 8 valves - covers all exhaust valves for one complete 8-cylinder engine
• Professional engine builder installation required; proper valve-to-guide clearance and seat machining must be verified

The Manley 11623-8 is a set of eight Race Master stainless steel exhaust valves purpose-built for the Ford 5.0L Coyote DOHC 4-valve engine in its Gen I and Gen II configurations (2011-2017). Manufactured from XH-426 stainless steel - Manley's established exhaust valve alloy known for exceptional heat resistance and long-term durability - these valves are the choice of professional engine builders for bracket racing, oval track, drag strip, and high-performance street Coyote builds. The Race Master designation represents Manley's core performance valve line, engineered for reliable use at RPM levels up to the limits of the 4-valve Coyote platform.

Each valve features a chrome stem for reduced friction and wear, a hardened tip for long-term rocker arm contact durability, and a swirl-polished under-head radius that aids airflow and combustion efficiency. The triple groove lock configuration is compatible with OEM Ford factory triple groove locks. At stock 31mm head diameter and stock installed height, these are a direct replacement in builds using OEM or stock-dimension cylinder heads. For Gen III Coyote (2018+ Mustang GT), use Manley 12629-8. For Bead Loc single-groove lock compatibility on the same 31mm diameter, use 11623B-8. For a +1mm oversize exhaust valve at 32mm, use 11627-8. Sold as a complete set of 8 covering all exhaust valves on one engine.
