The MagnaFlow 15772 is a Street Series cat-back exhaust for the 2002-2003 Ford F-150 in 5.4L V8 configuration, including the Harley-Davidson Edition supercharged variant, fitted to Crew Cab trucks with the 66-inch bed. The Street Series delivers MagnaFlow's signature sound profile -- aggressive at the tip for an authoritative exterior note, tuned to a moderate level inside the cabin to avoid the highway drone that makes fully race-oriented systems impractical on a daily driver.

The system runs 2.5-inch mandrel-bent T-409 stainless piping through a straight-through muffler and exits via a dual same-side passenger rear tire configuration, capped with 3.5-inch polished single-wall slash-cut tips welded directly to the tailpipes. 3D scan engineering during development ensures a direct-fit installation using factory mounting locations -- no cutting, welding, or modification required.
