Product Description

The MagnaFlow 52665 is an OEM Grade, Federal EPA compliant direct-fit catalytic converter for the Bank 2 (driver side) close-coupled position on the 4.0L V6 engine found in the 2005-2019 Nissan Frontier, 2005-2015 Nissan Xterra, 2005-2012 Nissan Pathfinder, 2012-2021 Nissan NV1500/NV2500/NV3500, and 2009-2012 Suzuki Equator. As an OEM Grade converter, it carries a higher precious metal loading than MagnaFlow's Standard Grade lineup, making it a more direct match to the performance and longevity characteristics of the original factory unit. It combines the pre-catalytic converter and main catalytic converter in a single close-coupled assembly -- a direct replacement for the OE part numbers 14280-82Z00, 14280-82Z10, 14280-82Z11, 208A3-9BF0A, 208A3-9CD0A, and 208A3-9CE0A. MagnaFlow's metrology department uses state-of-the-art 3D laser scanning to replicate OEM geometry precisely, enabling a true bolt-on installation with no cutting, welding, or bending required. The spun body design features a single laser fusion weld for maximum leak resistance, 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing with mandrel bends for smooth exhaust flow, and an aluminized steel heat shield is attached at the factory. The OE-like pre-converter oxygen sensor port allows direct plug-in of the factory O2 sensor, and OE-sized 410 stainless steel barbed hangers reduce noise and vibration at the factory mounting points. Bolts, a flange gasket, and a crush ring gasket are all included for a complete installation. This converter is Federal EPA compliant and is not legal for sale, installation, or use in California, Colorado, or New York. Clamps are not included and should be sourced separately if needed.
