Product Description

The KYB 565102 MonoMax Front Shock is a performance-tuned, heavy-duty monotube shock absorber designed to enhance handling, stability, and ride control for a range of Chevrolet, GMC, and Hummer trucks and SUVs. Its high-pressure gas-charged design offers superior damping and fade-free performance compared to standard twin-tube shocks - ideal for vehicles that tow heavy loads, carry cargo, or encounter rough road conditions.

Built with a zinc-coated stainless-steel piston ring and protective dust boot, this direct-fit front shock helps extend service life by shielding internal components from dirt and debris. It fits a variety of 2001-2010 heavy-duty pickups and full-size SUVs, including Avalanche 2500, Silverado/Sierra 2500 and 3500 series, Yukon XL 2500 (excluding Autoride), and Hummer H2. Installation uses OE mounting points and factory hardware, making it a straightforward upgrade for restoring original performance or improving ride quality for demanding use.
