Product Description

The Koyorad KH080146 is a Hypercore all-aluminum performance radiator engineered for 1988-1991 Honda Civic and CRX EF chassis vehicles running a DOHC B-Series engine swap with manual transmission. It is not a universal radiator -- it is designed as a direct bolt-in replacement using factory mounting provisions, retaining OEM fan shroud compatibility and traction bar clearance without any drilling, cutting, or modifications.

At 25mm of core thickness, the Hypercore is 56% thicker than the OEM radiator while being 43% lighter than Koyorad's own R-Core version -- delivering substantially improved cooling capacity without the weight penalty. The slim profile leaves space for additional heat exchangers and keeps the engine bay clean. All-aluminum TIG welded and Nocolok furnace brazed construction, triple pressure tested before shipment. Compatible with B-Series 32mm radiator hoses (B16A, B18A/B, B18C, B20). Manual transmission vehicles only.
