Product Description

The Kooks 3100H420 is a value package combining 1-7/8-inch long tube headers with high-flow catted stainless steel connection pipes for the 2009-2023 Dodge Challenger, Dodge Charger, and Chrysler 300C equipped with the 5.7L HEMI -- RWD models only. Kooks' equal-length 1-7/8-inch primary tubes are fully matched to the 5.7L HEMI's D-shaped exhaust ports via CNC-machined flanges, ensuring a precise seal and maximum scavenging efficiency. The primaries feed into 3-inch fire cone collectors that merge into the included 3-inch x 2-1/2-inch OEM-outlet catted connection pipes, allowing the system to bolt directly to any factory or aftermarket cat-back exhaust.

The high-flow race cats in the connection pipes reduce exhaust restriction significantly over the OEM catalytic converters while retaining a catalytic element for street drivability -- however, these standard race cats are designed for naturally aspirated applications only and are not suitable for forced induction builds. For supercharged or turbocharged 5.7L applications, see the GreenCat version or uncatted off-road connection pipe variant.
