Product Description

The KONI 80-2641Sport is a Sport series (Yellow) rear shock absorber engineered for the 1984-1991 BMW 3 Series E30 in all body styles - Sedan, Touring, and Cabriolet - across a range of trim and suspension configurations, as well as the 1994-2000 BMW 3 Series E36 Compact (excluding M-Technik and 323ti variants). It is sold as a single shock; two units are required for a complete rear axle replacement. Using KONI's twin-tube, non-gas charged 80 Series architecture, the 80-2641Sport delivers approximately 100% range of adjustable rebound damping - about three times the range of competing adjustable shocks - allowing precise tuning for both OEM springs and high-rate performance lowering springs that would overwhelm non-adjustable units.

Adjustment is performed internally by removing the shock from the vehicle (bump rubber must be removed first), giving the driver full control over damping characteristics to match their driving style, spring rate, and road conditions.
