Product Description

The KONI 8741 1272RSPOR is a Sport (Yellow) series front right strut for the 1992-1999 BMW 3 Series E36, covering all Sedan, Coupe, and Convertible body styles across the 318i, 325i, 325is, 323i, 328i, and 328is - including M-Technik equipped variants. As a complete strut assembly, it bolts directly in place of the factory unit without modification, delivering improved body control, reduced roll, and sharper cornering over worn or OEM-spec struts. The external rebound adjustment knob allows damping to be fine-tuned on the car without removal, making it easy to switch between a street-oriented setup and a firmer track-ready configuration.

Designed to work with aftermarket lowering springs up to 35mm of drop, this strut is a natural pairing for E36 performance builds. Note that on 1992 model year E36s, this strut only fits vehicles with a 40mm plastic cover on the strut upper mounting inside the engine compartment - verify before ordering. The matching Left Front strut is KONI 8741 1272LSPOR. Install both in pairs on the front axle and reuse OEM bump stops and dust boots.
