The KONI 8745-1356 Special Active Front Shock is a high-performance front suspension replacement shock absorber engineered for a wide range of BMW models including the 1 Series, 2 Series, 3 Series, and 4 Series (F20/F21, F22/F23, F30/F31, F32/F36) built roughly between 2011 and 2019. Featuring the latest generation of KONI's patented Frequency Selective Damping (FSD) technology, this shock adapts its internal damping characteristics based on road surface and driving dynamics. This ensures improved ride comfort and road holding with responsive handling through corners, braking, and uneven surfaces.

Designed as a direct fit for original equipment front suspension geometry, the 8745-1356 is sold individually so you can replace one side at a time or pair them for matched performance. Compatible with non-EDC RWD and select AWD configurations (depending on OEM fitment) and excluding vehicles equipped with xDrive and Electronic Damper Control (EDC) adaptive systems, this KONI Special Active shock is ideal for refreshing worn front damping or upgrading from standard shocks while retaining OEM springs and mounts.
