The King CR6697XP is a set of XP-Series standard size connecting rod bearings engineered for the Nissan RB25DET and RB26DETT inline-six engines found in the R32, R33, and R34 Skyline GT-R and GTS-25T. Built with King's tri-metal copper-lead construction and pMax Black surface treatment, these bearings are designed for performance applications running forged steel aftermarket crankshafts under sustained high load.

The pMax Black tri-metal structure delivers a 24% stronger overlay and 17% more fatigue strength compared to conventional tri-metal race bearings, achieved through King's proprietary SecureBond micro process. A nickel plate barrier layer separates the copper-lead base from a lead/tin/copper Babbitt overlay, giving the bearing surface both the load capacity and conformability needed for extended high-RPM use.

This bearing set is intended for engine builders assembling RB25 or RB26 platforms for circle track, off-road, or other applications demanding sustained high load over long duration, and is best suited to engines running a steel crankshaft.
