Fitment Notes

• 6324 is designed exclusively for KC Gravity® Titan™ LED Light Bars. It is not compatible with other KC light bar families such as the Pro6 Gravity, C-Series, or M-Racks, which use different connectors, relay capacities, and switch configurations.
• This harness is included at no additional cost when purchasing a new KC Gravity® Titan™ LED Light Bar. The 6324 is sold separately as a standalone replacement for owners who need to replace a lost, damaged, or worn harness.
• The 3-position rocker switch in this harness is required to independently control the Titan bar's two operating modes: amber backlight mode (low-power, always-on accent/perimeter lighting) and high-power white LED mode (full off-road or work-site illumination). A standard 2-position switch cannot power both circuits correctly.
• Compatible with OE factory switch panel systems as well as aftermarket switch setups - the harness can be integrated into a rocker switch panel or dash-mounted switch bank in place of the included standalone rocker switch if desired.

It is the same harness that KC includes in the box with every new Titan bar purchase and is sold separately for owners who need to replace a lost, damaged, or worn harness, or who are wiring a Titan bar into a build that requires a fresh harness installation. The 6324 is not a generic LED light bar harness - it is engineered specifically for the Titan bar's dual-circuit architecture, which requires separate power circuits for the amber backlight accent mode and the high-power white LED main beam mode.

The Titan bar's dual-mode design is what differentiates it from conventional single-circuit LED light bars, and it is also what makes a correctly specified harness essential. The amber backlight runs at low current draw and is typically left on as a perimeter or accent light, while the high-power white LED circuit drives the full wattage output of the bar - which, on a 57" Titan, is substantial. The 6324 addresses both circuits through a single organized harness, with a 50A relay sized to handle the high-power circuit load of the largest Titan bars without voltage drop or relay stress.
