The K&N RU-4600 is a high-flow universal clamp-on round tapered air filter with a distinctive extra-wide, low-profile design - 7.5 inches at the base tapering aggressively to 4.5 inches at the top across a very compact 4-inch height. This geometry is specifically suited for installations where a tall cone filter will not fit due to vertical clearance constraints, but a 6-inch flange and maximum filter area are still required. Despite its short stature, the wide 7.5-inch base delivers an expansive cotton gauze surface area to support the most demanding 6-inch intake flows while maintaining excellent contaminant filtration.

The centered 6.00 in. rubber flange mounts securely onto matching intake tubes, absorbs vibration, and can be stretched slightly to fit in-between sizes. Washable and reusable, the RU-4600 arrives pre-oiled and is ready to install out of the box.
