Product Description

The K&N 57-2533 Performance Cold Air Intake System is engineered to replace the restrictive factory air intake system in the 1998-2001 Ford Ranger 3.0L V6 and Mazda B3000 3.0L V6 models. By utilizing a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) roto-molded intake tube, this system increases airflow to the engine, resulting in an estimated gain of 5.55 horsepower and 6.2 lb-ft of torque.

The oversized, washable, and reusable oiled cotton air filter (RX-4730) allows for up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway driving conditions. A custom heat shield is included to protect the intake air from the high temperatures of the engine bay, ensuring cooler, denser air enters the engine for improved performance.
