Product Description

The K&N 63-2612 is a 63 Series AirCharger cold air intake system engineered specifically for the 2019-2023 North American Ford Ranger equipped with the 2.3L EcoBoost turbocharged four-cylinder engine. Fitting all XL, XLT, Lariat, FX2, and FX4 trims in both 2WD and 4WD configurations, this intake replaces the restrictive stock airbox and filter with a roto-molded HDPE tube and an oversized conical cotton gauze filter housed inside a sealed, custom-designed enclosure. The result is a dyno-proven gain of +14.28 HP at 4,952 RPM and +19 lb-ft of torque, with improved throttle response felt across the full RPM range.

The closed airbox design with integrated heat shield isolates incoming air from engine bay heat, ensuring cooler and denser air reaches the turbocharger for consistent power delivery during daily driving, towing, or off-road use. The complete kit includes all clamps, couplers, and mounting hardware needed for a clean bolt-on installation at factory locations in 60 minutes or less - no modifications required. The included oiled cotton gauze filter is washable and reusable, requiring service only every 100,000 miles, and the entire system is covered by K&N's 10-Year/Million Mile Limited Warranty.
